Before you order
Start with the product photos and description. Compare the crown shape, brim curve, closure, and any listed measurements. Our trucker, structured, corduroy, and performance styles can fit differently, so check the individual hat.
To measure your head, use a flexible tape around the spot where you want the hat to sit, just above your eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug. Compare that measurement with the product's listed size information.

If your hat has an adjustable closure, adjust it gradually until it feels comfortable and secure. A good fit should stay in place without feeling tight.
Check any care label or instructions supplied with your hat first. They take priority over general advice.
Do not assume a hat can be machine washed, soaked, scrubbed, or treated with a cleaning product. The appropriate method depends on its fabric, shape, closure, and decoration. If instructions are missing or unclear, contact us before cleaning it.
When storing your hat, give the crown and brim enough room to keep their shape. Avoid packing heavy items on top of it.
